To prepare for your Maison By Phan delivery, follow these steps:
Note Key Dimensions: Review the Width (W), Depth (D), and Height (H) of your piece, provided on the product page.
Measure Your Home’s Entryway Path: Check doorways, hallways, and any narrow spaces along the path to ensure clearance.
Verify Fit: The entryway width should exceed your furniture’s depth or height. Pieces are often maneuverable by removing legs or bases.

Your furniture is custom crafted and made to order. From the time of purchase, it typically takes about 6–8 weeks for your items to arrive, depending on the specific product. However, in some cases, it may take up to 12 weeks. We’ll keep you updated along the way to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Orders that ship will be delivered per the carrier’s standard policies. Your piece(s) will arrive in standard carrier packaging at your doorstep and will not require a signature.

We provide complimentary domestic shipping on all orders, so there is no additional cost for shipping within the country.

If you wish to use our White Glove Delivery, we charge a flat fee of $195 per order regardless of your total spend, the weight of your order, or the number of items you ordered. We will help to arrange delivery service where items are handled with extra care, typically including unpacking, assembly, placement, and removal of packaging materials.

We strongly recommend accepting your delivery as soon as possible.

If you wish to return your order, please reach out to contact@maisonbyphan.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges, once the items arrive at our warehouse and pass the quality check. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense, unless the item is damaged, soiled, or shows signs of excessive use.
Please keep in mind that all items must be successfully delivered before a return can be initiated, and each item is eligible for only one exchange or return; any replacement will be considered final sale.
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items undeliverable due to fit or size issues, or items that have been altered or customized after delivery.
Orders featuring bespoke customizations, including custom dimensions, configurations, or COM/COL (Customer’s Own Material/Leather).
Replacement parts, accessories, and additional items like slipcovers, cushions, and covers.
Shipping fees (non-refundable).
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from transit, we are committed to resolving the issue. We may provide a repair or a replacement as needed.

Exchanges incur a 20% exchange fee, and each item is eligible for only one exchange or return; any replacement will be considered final sale. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges will be at your own expense, as we do not offer free shipping on exchanged items.
